The Social Concerns Committee provides outreach and services to those in need in our parish and our community.

• St. Bernadine's Parish Food Donation Program                                      Publicize, Coordinate, and deliver monthly food donations to our sister parish.
• Spiritual Adoption of Unborn Baby                                                                         Promotes the spiritual adoption and daily prayer for an unborn baby in danger   of being aborted.  Publicize and support the annual baby shower to collect   needed clothing and infant essentials for Birthright of Prince Frederick.
• Parish Shut-in Program                                                                                         Upon request, visit parishioners unable to leave their homes.
• Annual Christmas Giving Tree Project                                                                  Oversee a program supported by our parishioners that provides Christmas gifts for needy children at St. Bernadine's Parish, Birthright of Prince Frederick, and the families served by Ladies of Charity of Calvert County.
